Software License and Services Agreement

Important reminder
[Shenzhen Yixin Electric Co., Ltd.] (hereinafter referred to as "IPSTube") hereby reminds
all users to carefully read and fully understand the Software License and Service Agreement (hereinafter
referred to as the "Agreement"). Users should carefully read and fully understand the terms of this
Agreement, especially those related to IPSTube's liability, dispute resolution and exemptions or limitations
under applicable law. Terms relating to disclaimers or limitations of liability are in bold type; please
read them carefully. After carefully reading this Agreement, please determine whether you are willing to
accept the terms listed here (minors should read this Agreement with their legal guardian). By downloading,
installing and using the Software or opening and logging into your account, you accept and are legally bound
by the terms of this Agreement.
IPSTube reserves the right to modify this agreement. Any revised terms shall be published on the official
website or provided with the software, and the new terms shall be effective from the date of publication.
Users may download and reinstall the Software or browse the revised terms on the website. If you do not
accept the revised terms of this agreement, please immediately stop using the "IPSTube" software and
services provided by IPSTube. By continuing to use the "IPSTube" software and services provided by IPSTube,
the user accepts the revised terms of this agreement.
1. General provisions
1.1 This agreement is an agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and IPSTube and its
operating partners (hereinafter referred to as the "Partners") regarding the downloading, installation and
use of "IPSTube". "The software used by users (hereinafter referred to as "software"), and the terms related
to the use of IPSTube services.
1.2 Software and services are provided by IPSTube for installation on (including but not limited to) smart
mobile devices to provide services such as device pairing and operation of IPSTube products to users of the
device.
1.3 IPSTube’s rights to own and operate software and services belong to IPSTube.
2. Software license scope
2.1 IPSTube grants the User a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the Software
without the need for sublicense.
2.2 Users may install, use, display and run the Software on a single mobile terminal device for
non-commercial purposes. However, the User may not install, use or run the Software for any commercial
operation. User may not copy, alter or modify any data stored in the Software, any data released to the
memory of any terminal device during the execution of the Software, or any data generated during the
interaction between the client and the server during the execution of the Software. Users may not operate
the Software through other software or create any derivatives of the Software in any form, including but not
limited to plug-ins, robots or access the Software and related systems through unauthorized third-party
tools/services. If you must sell, copy or distribute the Software commercially, such as software
pre-installation and bundling, you must obtain IPSTube's prior written authorization and permission.
2.3 Without the permission of IPSTube, users are not allowed to install this software on other terminal
devices without the express permission of IPSTube.
2.4 The User may make a copy of the Software for the purpose of using said Software and Services, which
shall be used only as a backup. All backup copies should include the copyright information provided with the
original software.
2.5 Unless expressly authorized by this Agreement, IPSTube will not grant other rights to users. If the
user intends to exercise any other rights, the prior written consent of IPSTube should be obtained.
3. Software acquisition, installation and upgrade
3.1 Users should download and install the software from the website or in the method specified by IPSTube.
Please be careful not to download software from unspecified websites to prevent mobile devices from being
infected by malicious programs that may corrupt user data and obtain confidential user information. If you
obtain this software or an installation program with the same name as this software from a third party not
authorized by IPSTube, IPSTube cannot guarantee the normal function of such software and is not responsible
for any losses you bear. Use software like this.
3.2 The user must select a software version that matches the terminal device to be installed. Otherwise,
any software issues, device problems or damage caused by using an incompatible software version on a device
model shall be the sole responsibility of the user.

4.1.1 Delete any copyright information in the software and other copies, or modify, delete or bypass the
technical measures developed by the software to protect intellectual property rights;

obtain the source code of the Software;
4.1.3 Add, delete or change the functions or operating effects of the software by modifying or falsifying
instructions and data during operation of the software, or otherwise operate or communicate to the public

purposes;
4.1.4 Use the Software to commit any behavior that compromises network security, including but not limited
to: using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts; unauthorized access to public

unauthorized attempt to detect, scan or test software system or network vulnerabilities, or perform other
actions to breach network security; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the proper operation of a software

interfere with normal network information services; forge the name or part of the name of a TCP/IP packet;
4.1.5 Users log in or use this software and services through third-party compatible software or systems
not developed, authorized or approved by IPSTube, or produce, publish or disseminate the above tools;
4.1.6 Without the written consent of IPSTube, the user performs operations on the software or the data
contained therein, including but not limited to the following: use, lease, copy, modify, link, copy,
compile, publish, distribute or use in unauthorized manner Establish or use a mirror site of the Software to
develop related derivative products, projects, services, plug-ins, robots, compatibility or interconnection;
4.1.7 Use this software to publish, transmit, broadcast or store content that violates local laws and
regulations;
4.1.8 Use the Software to publish, disseminate, disseminate or store any content that infringes upon the
legal rights of others, such as intellectual property rights and trade secrets;
4.1.9 Use this software to publish, disseminate or disseminate advertising information or spam in batches;
4.1.10 Use the software and other services provided by IPSTube in any illegal manner, for any illegal
purpose or in any manner inconsistent with the use licensed under this Agreement;
4.2. Information release specifications
4.2.1 You may use the Software to post content that you originally created or that you have the right to
post, such as opinions, data, text, messages, usernames, images, photos, personal data, audio/video files
and links. You must ensure that you own the intellectual property rights or have legal authorization to use
the information you upload, and that your use of the software and services will not infringe any legal
rights or interests of any third party.
4.2.2 When using this software, users should comply with local laws and regulations.
4.2.3 You are not allowed to use this software to conduct the following activities, including but not
limited to:
4.2.3.1 Produce, copy, publish, disseminate or store any content that violates local laws and regulations;
4.2.3.2 Publish, disseminate, disseminate or store any content that infringes upon the legitimate rights
and interests of others, such as reputation rights, personality rights, intellectual property rights and
trade secrets;
4.2.3.3 Make up fictitious facts or conceal the truth, mislead or deceive others;
4.2.3.4 Publish, disseminate or disseminate advertising messages or spam;
4.2.3.5 Engage in any behavior that violates local laws and regulations.
4.2.4 Without the permission of IPSTube, you are not allowed to conduct any commercial activities within
this software, such as advertising and selling goods.
4.3. You understand and agree:
4.3.1 IPSTube will determine whether the user is suspected of violating the above usage regulations, and
based on the results of such determination, suspend or terminate the usage license granted to you or take
other restrictive measures that may be taken in accordance with this agreement;
4.3.2 IPSTube will directly delete any information that is suspected of being illegal or infringing the
legal rights of others or violating this Agreement, which is posted by the user during the use of the
licensed software;

5.1 Users must purchase the equipment required for Internet access and the telecommunications value-added
services used by mobile terminal equipment, and bear the telecommunications fees, data fees and related fees
charged by third parties for accessing the Internet (including but not limited to telecommunications and
mobile communications provided business). If you require any telecommunications value-added services, it is
recommended that you confirm the cost with your telecommunications value-added service provider.
5.2 IPSTube and its partners are not responsible for any losses caused by third-party reasons, such as
communication line failures, technical problems, network or mobile terminal equipment failures, system
instability problems and other force majeure factors.
5.3 Like most other Internet software, this software may be affected by various factors, including but not
limited to users, network service quality and social environment, and may also be interfered by various
security issues, such as the use of user data by other people. Cause interference in real life; other
software downloaded and installed by users or other websites visited by users contain "Trojan horses" and
other viruses that threaten the security of user terminal device information and data, and then affect the
normal use of the software. Users should strengthen their awareness of data security and protection of user
information, and strengthen password protection to prevent loss and interference.
5.4 When users use this software or require IPSTube to provide specific services, this software may require
third-party systems or software to support the user's use or access. The results of use or access will be
provided by third parties. IPSTube does not guarantee the safety, accuracy and effectiveness of the results
obtained through the support of the system or software, nor does IPSTube bear any other uncertain risks; if
any disputes arise or damages are caused thereby, IPSTube will not assume no responsibility.
5.5 IPSTube specifically reminds users that in order to protect the company's business development and
adjustment rights, IPSTube has the right to modify or suspend services at any time without notifying users
and assuming no liability to users or any users. Third parties.
5.6 Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, we will do our best to ensure that the software
and the technology and information involved are safe, effective, accurate, and reliable; however, due to the
limitations of current technology, users understand that IPSTube cannot provide any guarantee.
5.7 User shall be solely responsible for any personal injury or incidental or consequential financial loss,
including but not limited to compensation for loss of profits, loss of data and business interruption or any
other commercial loss or compensation claim. Related to any of the following situations:
5.7.1 Use or non-use of the Licensed Software;
5.7.2 Unauthorized use of this software or modification of user data by a third party;
5.7.3 Costs and losses incurred by users during the use of this software;
5.7.4 Misunderstandings by software users;
5.7.5 Other losses related to the software not caused by IPSTube.
5.8 For the conduct between the user and other users of the software through this software, the user's
liability for any personal injury or economic loss or damage caused or likely to be caused by misleading or
deceiving shall be borne by the law. The party is at fault.
6. Statement on intellectual property rights
6.1 IPSTube is the holder of the intellectual property rights for this software. All intellectual property
rights related to the software, such as copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, etc., as well as all
information related to the software (including but not limited to text, pictures, audio, video, graphics,
interface design, layout, data or electronic documents etc.) are protected by the laws and regulations of
the area where you currently live and corresponding international treaties. IPSTube enjoys the above
intellectual property rights.
6.2 User shall not independently use or transfer any of the above intellectual property rights for any
commercial or non-commercial purpose, or allow any third party to do so, without the prior written consent
of IPSTube. IPSTube reserves the right to pursue legal liability for such behavior.
7. Revision
7.1 IPSTube has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary, and any such revised terms
will be published on the relevant webpage. If the user does not agree to the revised terms, the user should
cancel the service. The user's continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Others
8.1 For specific services of this software, there may be separate agreements and related business rules
(hereinafter collectively referred to as "separate agreements"), so please read and agree to the relevant
separate agreements before using such specific services.
8.2 This agreement will take effect from May 1, 2023.
8.3 The headings of all clauses in this Agreement are for reference only and have no actual meaning in
themselves; they cannot be used to interpret the meaning of this Agreement.
8.4 If any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid or ineffective for any reason, the remaining
provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full Valid and binding on both parties.
