Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping
We offer free shipping for most orders if shipping to the US or Europe. Packages usually arrive at your destination within 10-20 business days. We currently ship from China warehouses, and we will set up US and European warehouses later. (Warehouse inventory)

Shipping method: Your choice

If sending to other places (outside the US and Europe), we will charge shipping fees based on the size, weight and your location of the order. Packages usually arrive at your destination within 10-15 business days, but sometimes it takes longer. After your payment is confirmed, it may take up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Items purchased after 1pm Pacific Time will be shipped the next business day. If you place an order after 1pm Pacific Time on Friday, your order may be shipped the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

Expedited Shipping
The basic time for expedited shipping is 5-10 days (worldwide). Shipping costs depend on order size, weight, and your location.

Once payment is confirmed, it may take up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Items purchased after 1:00 PM Pacific Time will be shipped the next business day. If you place an order after 1:00 PM Pacific Time on Friday, your order may be shipped the following Monday (excluding public holidays)

Track Your Package
After printing the shipping label, you will receive an email with the tracking number. This tracking information may take up to 3 business days to be available.

Lost Packages
IPStube will be responsible for any items damaged or lost during shipping.
